Go to Customer Support and start a ticket. Find them at the Tynon Homepage by clicking Billing Support or you are welcome to use the link in my sig.
This is a common bug, so it should be fixed for you.
Forum Moderators are volunteers and are unable to fix in game problems
i have done that but still no luck if its so common why havent they fixed it yet?
