Trouble Getting Into Game

For the past few hours everytime I try to login to game I am getting taken to the create a character page? Any help greatly appreciated.

Assuming that you are not going to a different server and you have not misspelled your email address and created a new account by accident you need to go to tynon.com and then to billing support and create a ticket. This is a known problem that they have not been able to fix but they can reset your account so that you can log back on.
