It has not been mentioned that the improved drop rate on HR plans does not apply only to Relics. The HR bosses now only drop 2 kinds of plans throughout. This is something we have been asking for a while.

I assume, although assuming with Tynon is always kind of foolish, that the WB drops will fallow suit since they were based (and hopefully still are) on the highest boss beaten in HR.
