You're playing BETA, which is filled with bugs in which players are suppose to figure out and report to Tynon.

Beta isn't a stable version of the game, so why are you spending money on the testing platform and think you have the right to have a refund when something goes wrong?

EDIT: Decided to remove insult. Coming off as very harsh.

Server 30 isn't the beta (the server listed in the sig of the OP). And purchasing gems isn't available on the beta anyway anymore. It was originally for testing purposes, and then the purchases were transferred to the live characters on regular servers, as I understand it. I think perhaps the intended message of the OPs post was to say that the live servers are as buggy as one would expect from a beta version and therefore a refund would be in order if Tynon instituted a money back guarantee.

More understandable, yet still no good reasons for a refund as OP stated.

Losing 100k power can be caused by any number of reasons, changing of formation/runes.

Losing 22 stars is based totally on chance when you decide to upgrade and isn't reason for a refund.

    Ditto.

Losing power has so many factors tied into it. You might just need to refresh.

Losing stars is a part of the system. There's a tooltip if you hover your mouse over the question mark in the same tab that you do Starring on.

I appreciate your helpfulness, "But I do not need to 'Refresh', (Since Nov. 3rd, I have been tracking my Power gains, and loses due to Tynon, on a spreadsheet.), and there is a pattern to when you lose Power."

First, note your changes in Power when you make Equipment upgrades, buy more Talent, and purchase more Runes. (And yes I know about power changes during Rune changes.) You will notice that your Power always increases, and by how much.

Second, check that Power against your Power that is listed under "Rankings" under your own Profile. You will notice that, it is the Rankings Power Rating that has not Refreshed yet. My theory is, "When you attack in the Arena that you can only attack with the Power that is listed in the Rankings, and therefore when the Rankings has refreshed, so has the rest of the system."

HERE IS THE PROBLEM: When there is a Power difference between the Power you have listed at the top left corner of your window, and the Power that is listed in the Rankings, AND that difference has existed for "hours", then it has high percentages, that the Power at the top left corner of your web page will be adjusted down to match the Power that is listed in the Rankings, and it will be done at no fault of your own. And, it is because of this fault in the system, that creates the injustice in Tynon members Power scores, that should be offset by an equivalent adjustment in Gems, so to make the game more fair, and tolerating the bugs would be more easily accepted by Tynon members.

    I hope that this helps.

You do realize that the power on your main page is only a approximation. As it doesn't always update as fast as you make changes, even refreshing doesn't always list the right one.
You do realize that the power listed in the rankings is your max power its recorded you at for any given formation you have had on.
If you can provide visual screenshots of an actual issue then you might have a case regarding power, but as a whole whenever I see people fighting they have the correct power.

It is the same as when tynon broke Cianna's in combat visuals, it didn't actually effect the outcome of the fight as the battle is played out instantly and results are known before you see any of the actual fight.
It would be nice if the power displayed on the main page was indeed more accruate, more often. But in terms of your account strength. If you increase a rune your power goes up, regardless of what the dodgy power listings say.

Oh and just a note it doesnt adjust down anything to match the rankings page. My rankings page lists my power as 29.2mil and my current power is 28.9mil.
My 29.2mil was with valla, 28.9mil is when i don't use valla (higher saint rankings then all my other 5 position heroes.)

    Everything that Kruize said.

Also, I add, that power doesn't represent an accurate gauge of an account's capability. It is only a summation of all the attributes of an account in numerical form. Don't be misled by power, nor be chained by it. What counts are the numbers found by, as the labyrinth calls it, "clicking the hero inside the hero tab".

Even with all your fancy words and twisting logic, you show that you are still an amateur in this game by your putting too much stress on power numbers.

The best suggestion I could give you is to forget about tracking your power numbers, and instead, focus on advancing through the heroic realms and through the labyrinth.

Power is not what helps you defeat enemies and bosses. Damage, Health, Defense, Dodge, Crit and the rest of the stats do.

Maybe its in Beta, BUT you are allowed to spend money in Beta. Therefore, "It does not matter if it is in Beta or not, you are still entitled to a Refund." WHY? Because, "Any time you buy something, if the product is defective, and knowing that there are laws to protect consumers, that a refund is well within their legal rights." So your position, is to deny people their legal rights.

You stated, "Beta isn't a stable version of the game, so why are you spending money on the testing platform?" FACT: "I am not spending money on the game." :-P FACT: Gems are in "cyberspace", they are not real. Therefore, a simple "data transaction" will give you the equivalent of "Free Money", a.k.a. "a refund".

The problem with your position is... "You would turn down "free money"." And in my book, "That is Looney Tunes!" (a.k.a. "nuts") Who cares if it is in Beta or not, it does not represent "a real business loss", therefore "no harm done", and the "Beta Testers" would have a more enjoy experience because of their increase in wealth, which compensates them for any harm done, while no harm has come to the corporation.

CONCLUSION: This is a "WIN-WIN" idea, in which everyone wins. (Now do you have an argument against that?)

Free money? Um... There is no such thing unless you are a central bank or a counterfeiter.

How about you try typing this all again in understandable English.

Your reasons for making this thread is as follows

On Nov. 3, 2013 I lost almost "100,000", (91,241 to be exact), in the Power Rating at the top left corner of your window.
Losing 100k power can be for any number of reasons.

    Changing your formation or runes.

And on Nov. 4, 2013 I lost "22 Stars" for the "net gain" of "1".
You lost 22 stars how? By upgrading right which comes with a very low chance of success.

How do both of these reasons mean the game is defective?

You sound like a child crying because you don't understand how Tynon run their game.

    TL;DR
The game isn't defective because you lost 100k power.

The game isn't defective because when upgrading you failed X number of times and lose over 22 stars while only succeeding once.

    EDIT:

You stated, "Beta isn't a stable version of the game, so why are you spending money on the testing platform?" Wut?

How do you earn games without going through using the methods on the game?

Paying for them with real life cash which in turn means you're spending money on the game.
