On server 29, yesterday I was at 4 mil+ power then I logged on this morning and was at 3 mil+ power. When I upgraded my armor I was back up to 4 mil+ power, logged out, came back a little while ago and found that Tynon put me back at 3 mil+ power AGAIN! I never changed anything on my character that would lower my power stat. WHy does Tynon keep taking my power away?

I am not the only one who this happened to either on my server and on other servers as well. Please fix this ASAP!!!

There is a problem that when you upgrade equipment that power that is shown is more that what it actually is. When you refresh it shows what the power actually is.

He speaks the truth, happens to me all the time. Earlier today when I upgraded one of my spirits I gained over 250k power, refreshed and gained a little under 50k. (Refreshing will show you the correct power your supposed to have)

The problem that I think is happening when you upgrade equipment is that it does not take into account the -3 levels on a piece of armor when you upgrade it. So when you refresh your power is lower than what you had when you upgraded.

Also has anyone noticed that when you upgrade a piece of equipment it glows brighter than the rest, almost as if it gained levels?

I don't believe that. I was at 3.9 mil + all the upgrades I did would have put me at 4 mil, which it did until they messed it up

I have heard many in my guild complain about this, can there be a dev who comments on the issue with power so I can relay that back?
People feel very cheated.
One was at 9.8 mil before he crafted the iron sword. After it showed him up to 10 something mil.
At the moment he is at 9.7. He lost power.

This is not reality I am sure, but would be nice to hear some words about it.

After crafting, the wrong power is displayed after the fireworks graphics.
Remove the newly crafted item, then re-insert it, to get the correct power calculations.

Also, who cares about the power. What matters is the damage (for a sword).
If the damage goes down, that's when you really have to worry.

I paid gems to keep the same lvl on gear upgrades. So far (rough guess) I have lost about 5 million in power after leaving the game and then logging back in. The player ratings shows me at a higher power then the power on the game screen. This AM player rating showed 14 million power, game screen showed 13. 9 million power. I did 3 gear upgrades and 1 talent upgrade and neither the screen or player ratings changed, I have refreshed 3 or 4 times and nothing changed. As an aside I am getting tired of trying to compete against the script users. Tynon needs to do a better job of policing this issue. Why build your avatar if it can be beat at any time by the cheaters?

If you change heroes around for Banish or another Event, then that easily explains the difference in power between rankings and actual.
ie: For banish I put Calvin in formation replacing Adamnti. Calvin is a saint V and when outfitted with the same gear and runes I use on Adamanti, he has much more power. With Banish Formation on, I can expect to see 1.5-2m more power than with my "normal" formation and Ranking will keep this higher number, even though the rest of the time I'm 1-2m power shy.

There is another power glitch out there, hiding behind the current power glitch. I have seen it on my own account. What happens is simple. Lets say you have 10m power. You craft a LB sword and it gives you 250k power for a total of 10250000. You then refresh and when you come back, you have 9850000. So, not only has the refresh fixed the power display glitch that gave you 200k more power than it should have, but it has also "taken" a bit more away. Dunno where it goes, but it happens. It never takes away tons, but apparently it's enough to upset some people. This is one of those rare occasion's that I agree with Herby. As long as your Damage doesn't suffer, your fine.
