i have also lost power stars and attributes after upgrades then cache clear and refresh do to lagg issues so the complaints are not unwarranted, over 1 month ago i posted here in technical support about two of my heroes my main and a hired hero from tavern after upgrading star lvls to 3 and refreshing browser those gained stars have dissapeared...but in one month not one reply other than a fellow player having same issue truely tynon is turnign out to be another one of those once we get your money we couldnt give a crap about you or in one month they would have at =
