lost coins and credits

I refreshed after Baal fight today and 2 accounts lost several millions coins and credits, everything we had earned from fight, can we have those back please?

Go to billing support on the tynon.com web page and submit a ticket. I will say, however, I have never seen them reimburse for this particular issue. But that's the best way to ensure your problem is at least known.

Yeah, I had that happen as well. Their response: No. Its a caching issue, you never actually had the coins and credits. This is poor.

If you were watching closely sometimes when you win it gives you the rewards twice (Once I even received the fight rewards 3 times), its purely a visual error and refreshing actually returns it to what you should have.

They aren't going to reimburse you for what you never had in the first place. But like countless things in the game it would be nice if it didn't glitch up in the first place.

I have had several issues with loosing coins, credits or even power points to the tune of 20 to 30 thousand.. refreshing doesnt fix it either... saturdays I don't get my set sail gems and only get my finishing 5 gems... this is getting so frustrating... when you spend hours leveling up only to come backk and half of the power points you earned are gone again... so you do it all over again and again... fix this please. getting tired of wasting hours of time for nothing... I could better spend it doing other things like raking the lawn and doing laundry...
