Fix the Hero tavern as it isn't working properly

I just spent 9 million credits in the hero tavern and didn't get a single purple or above hero. I obtained 216 spirit which meant that I had 54 purple/yellow cards appear in the deck, and if the tavern is meant to be random, then statistically speaking, I should have obtained 10 cards. The mathematics of me not getting at least one card is staggering.

Every time, apart from 4 or 5 times, I picked the same spot that the card appeared in and every time it was one to the left or to the right. The 4 or 5 times that I chose to pick one to the left or right of the spot it originally appeared in, the card appeared in the same spot it started in.

The chance of getting a unique hero in the tavern IS NOT 1 out of 5.
It only appears that way because of the 5 card setup, but the odds are not set up that way.

Each hero has a rarity value associated to it, and each time you shuffle, that is the chance of getting the hero.
For example, Bloodstorm could have a 0.5% chance rarity value.
So if you refresh and see him as one of the choices, clicking on shuffle will give you a 1/200 chance of picking him.

(this is not the actual percent chance, I only used 0.5% as an example. In reality, I think it's even lower)

Actually no, If there are 5 cards then the odds are 1 in 5 because nowhere in the game does it say that the odds are not 1 in 5 of picking any card in the tavern. In fact it doesn't any of the odds anywhere of picking any card. If a hero is rare then the percentage chance should apply to the chance of it appearing on a refresh so I bloodstrom has a 1/200 chance of being picked then it should only have a 1/40 chance of appearing in the 5 cards and then you have a 1/5 chance of picking him. If this is not the case and Tynon will not show the odds, then a different system is needed to represent the true odds, e.g. if he has a 1/200 chance of being picked then it should show 200 cards to pick from.

People are paying money for this game and because Tynon is not showing the odds from all intents and purposes Tynon is trying to cheat them out of the money by making them believe that the odds are 1 in 5 as shown by the tavern.

Who knows more, let's see. A player that have been since Beta, or you, someone who just joined the game?

The odds are NOT 1 in 5. If that will be the case, then you'll would have gotten a hero.
Tavern is not broken, maybe just you need some luck.

Tavern does NOT RELY on any percent, or in any math. Pure luck.
Nowhere in the game does it say that the odds are not 1 in 5, but anyone who plays Tynon, and have a brain, knows that Tavern is luck.

Fix your luck, Tavern is fine.

Tavern outcome is not 1 out 5.

Stop making double threads about the same subject.

Every single thing in game is predetermined.
So unless you want to roll the dice, stick to upgrading talents with ur credits.
Because in all honesty, loading tynon gives you worse odds than walking into a casino, difference with tynon is they can legally rip you off because there are no laws, most of us have come to terms with this issue and just play the game.

There is also nowhere in the game that says that the odds are 5 to 1. so your argument is not valid. You just assumed that there are 5 to 1. By the way, the wiki does say that they are not 5 to 1.
