it would help to stop the overpowering and be fair for all guilds, if, ........ the attacking guild holds the full 30 rounds, the defending guild still retains the city benefits for that day (currently); .... but if held the full 30, the defending guild only receive like half benefits due to war torn countryside. this is both realistic and would help limit the powerhouse guilds (coiners) from becoming too powerful. the half benefits lost could be given to the attacking guild for holding the attack so long as war booty, like an old viking raid so to speak.
