Unfortunately it has nothing to do with a merge, just like the royal champ fights use the lowest 5 players power rating to use for the replays; they've also changed heroics replays to do the same. The reasoning is if you see the lowest power to be able to beat it first you can get an idea of formation and heros to help give you an idea on how to beat them instead of just going with whoever got it first. whether that was through skill or luck or just overpowering the boss.

I had a couple of spots in top 3 and got kicked off by people who were a good bit less in power than mine and I got by with just luck so their strat was probably a good bit better than mine.

True but that is hard to do when tynon keeps opening new servers at the rate they have.

assuming they pattern it after Evony.

The rule that you are not allowed multiple players on one server still aplies, so you have to choose.

I was on 4,5,6 in evony and got an email that the first time i logged in to the new server i would have to chose.

Never happened. it was random, i got the suckiest act, and quit.

Happy i did.

im at server 88 we got 40-50 actives on the 3 realms with fire having about half of them, and we control all cities, merging us with the server before ours and the one after should triple the population and i have a hard time seeing the different servers joining eachothers guilds so im really hoping to be merged with atleast 2 others or preferebly 4 or more, i played alot of games where they merge some servers and the rivalry between the guys from different servers usually makes for great battles...(please merge server 88 before it dies)

Server 86 is very active, with 50+ daily players in Flamedance Guild alone. We took great pains to keep the server alive, and other realms have active guilds as well.

Could you share how you kept the server alive? Seems like a hard thing to do... especially with someone there without any competition.
