I claimed for my guild benefits but no map piece??? Why is that??

Glitch maybe, did you get the rest of your benefits? If not report to billing support at www.tynon.com. If you don't get a map again tomorrow, I would definitely send a ticket into billing support if you haven't already.

There are two reasons why you did not receive a map. First, if you have just joined the guild, you may only pay 50 contributions to claim. In that case, you will not receive a map. Second, there seems to be a glitch where established players (ones who claimed maps on previous days) do not receive map sections.

This is an ongoing and intermittent problem. It has been reported numerous times but it has not been fixed. People have stopped reporting it because nothing is ever done about it.

well depending on what level you are you may not get a map. Or it could be that you just joined the guild. If so you have to contribute 50 contribution before you can claim a map the next day.
