please help me with a few questions i have on command strength and intelligence

Can anyone tell me all the ways one can increase command, strength and intelligence on all my hero's and main? I know stars will increase these with each new star added but what are the other ways to increase these? does upgrading talents increase these and if so anyone know which talent affect what? I know there has to be other ways besides adding stars. I checked a profile on another player with the same hero'sas me and his command , strength and intelligence was a higher than mine yet I had more stars, higher saintings, higher upgraded runes lvl's, higher armor that is upgraded at least 20 lvls higher than this other person yet like i said his command , strength and intelligence are all higher, how?

ok, ty, although that can't be it, i am well ahead of this person on that to, yet they have 20+ more on command , strength and intelligence than my cards.

Its a visual bug. If you go to the rankings page and look at your own command/strength/intelligence ratings there they will differ from your actual hero page ones and will be similar or the same then whom ever your looking at. The other person will have the same thing as you.

I'm not sure which is the correct value, what we see ourselves or the rankings page info but it doesn't matter much as those stats add next to nothing to your actual teams strength.

Along with the C.S.I values, Gear Power levels are also very wrong in the ranking page. Swords showing 4-9 million power alone on 20m players, in some cases.
