+10 Reputation bonus per level whenever gaining reputation.

My question is if I'm level 72

then I will gain +72 reputation bonus whenever I gain reputation or is it for every 10 levels I gain +10 reputation?

It's per level of the Loyalty Card guild tech.

Level 1 tech = +10%
Level 2 tech = +20%
and so on.
