Agreed.

Personally, it's hard enough to stay competitive as it is with both Banish events being during the normal workday. There's no flex or alternate events in the daily schedule. For example, if you make Rag, GW, and NL that's 3+ hours of each evening you have to be around, with the exceptions that you can autofight Rag, and alot of GWs can be finished in one move.

Change the nature of Banish, and that's 5+ hours. Add additional time for grinding/dailies and you got almost a full time job.

For me, combining Banish autofighting with autogrinding for gear is the only thing keeping me afloat, since you can accomplish it all with a couple clicks and be free to do other things.

I'm not complaining, in the fact that I think those people who seem to be at/win every event (max boost for Banish/Rag every time) certainly deserve their status. Others of us will have no reason to continue, as it's already hard enough to compete if you're not willing to spend a bunch of money for the VIP perks or invest such a significant amount of time.

The difference for Tynon will be the makeup of the player base. If this change is enacted, I imagine we will likely see the same dedicated cadre of clickers who are already committed and always around, but lose the more casual players. Since the former group is already likely to spend more time and money, this may not make a huge difference to Tynon's health overall.
