Damage Calculation Question
I've been trying to figure out what I need to do to keep Shayd alive a bit longer against a particular Elite boss. I finally decided to compare two heroes and see why one is taking significantly more damage from the boss's AE skill attack (morale based) than the other.
Shayd takes 57k damage from the attack, while Bloodstorm takes 51k. When comparing the detailed stats from the Heroes window, Shayd has higher defensive numbers in all three categories. I thought the values of offense and defense attributed to Command, Strength and Intelligence were all reflected in the detailed stat window, which could be the flaw in my logic. However, has anyone else ever noticed a similar situation and figured out the reason for it? I'd really like to try to understand what the differences are in the heroes to make best use of them.
Thanks for any insights you may have.

One question I do have,
I take it that the defensive equipment for both is roughly the same?
Apart from that I have noticed that in hero's relm at least defensive equipment (after a certain point) doesn't seem to make a difference unless you BLOCK.
So you just need to kill them faster than they kill you. OR dodge/block lots... which is hard as they seem to have 110+ hit for all the bosses (as well as 100+ in Resilience and Break)
but no/very little defenses...
So think of them almost only having a sword/staff and a spirit ball only and they still have all those POWER points....

Yes, my heroes have the same gear tiers and roughly similar levels. Shayd's may actually be slightly higher at this point because of this issue. Chips are fairly similar as well.

Any saint differences? Stars? Sha's inherent Command is 70 and Strength 60. Blood's Command and Strength are 90. Command improves physical attack and defense and Strength skill attack and defense.

Both are at 5 Stars. As posted originally, I assumed the differences in Strength, Command and Intelligence would be reflected in the detail display of the various attack and defense numbers. Is this an incorrect assumption?
