Hello all,
I started a new account on the beta server to test out the new enhancements and I having problems claiming day 2 rewards. It just says "In Progress". I have completed whispering words and I'm already up to Dark Laboratory in The Cursed Highlands. Anybody else having this problem?

Same here I started the game yesterday, and completed Whispering Woods, and I guess I am at the same point, I am now waiting to complete Deserted Mines in the Golden Woods [ran out of stamina], I have been watching my time just tick away, to claim my day 2 Level rewards, and now I have only got 8 hours left, to try and claim it, but the bug or glitch is stopping me from claiming my day 2 rewards, I am also a lv 28 I wonder if it is going to mess up my day 4 rewards too
refreshing, clearing cache, and my adobe flash does not resolve the issue

Check the report box my guess is that you have time to wait until you can collect your reward.
Remember the reward is for the day not for when you complete it.
How do you start an account in the beta server?

I think you're missing the point the Whispering Woods was completed on my 1st day,... I like the other guy am in my 2nd day,..... where we should be able to claim our 2nd day reward for completing the Whispering Woods!,..... it states that whispering woods is,..... in progress!....... yet I have completed it!,..... and my day 2 beginners rewards is due to expire in a few hours! because the game will not let me claim them!!!!
This is definitely a bug.
I'm on day 2, completed Whispering woods yesterday. Beginner's rewards is now "In Progress" but the claim button is still disabled.
This is on the Beta Server, character name Ziara.
Running Linux Mint 15
Same issue in Chromium Browser, Google Chrome and Midori

it is an old bug left over from previous patches. They fixed it for the live servers but not for the beta server. I don't think they would provide any support for beta
Well I have now lost the chance to claim this day 2 beginners rewards because it has now expired,.. not letting me claim it because of the claim button was still disabled
