Should Beta bugs be reported on the tynon.com or in beta.tynon.com?
I think it's the same link. Whichever way Tynon are informed really doesn't matter and hopefully a potential exploit is removed before it goes live.

In Beta there is now a support option in your chat window. Click on it and you can file tickets from there.
