Beginner's rewards-Whispering woods

I am on my second day playing and have just entered the cursed highlands.When I go to collect beginner's rewards it is listed as "in progress" with one hour to go there is not much point in continuing if the rewards are not working.
Any suggestions? I have refreshed and logged out and back in. I have returned to the Whispering woods and walked through to the portal to Airie city.
I'm at a loss as top what to do next.

when the one hour timer is up you will be able to claim your package. keep playing

Unfortunately when the timer ran out the day two expired and I am unable to collect.
On the bright side the day three became available and I have successfully claimed it.
I don't know what the glitch was that failed recognize that I had completed the task.

go to tynon.com there is a billing tab on top. file a ticket. They are usually pretty good at honoring things.
