Embedding chips in Bloodstorm's sword

Assuming that he starts with 100% morale and is not drained by Calvin, is embedding obsidian chips in Bloodstorm's sword a waste of chips since they only improve physical attack?

i was always told that physical attack stats enhance skill attacks by some percentage.

it will inprove indeed but not by much

adding lvl 8 BANE to my blood gave me a 4k dmg raise on the same opponent back then.. thats basicly the same as adding chips.. only with a larger
