Veleno fight not loading

On the Hammer of Thor server and Light of Ra server I was trying the veleno fight and it would not load past 30% before getting stuck.
Platform: PC
Windows 7
Browser: Firefox

At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Firefox button and then select Options
Select the Advanced panel.
Click on the Network tab.
In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now
I get the same problem,even in the lab,works find after doing that.
