Depends a lot on what heroes you have and what runes you have access to. I will say this. Calvin is important for good scores.

well, there is Cianna. of course. but, you'll need a lightbringer full set though for it to have a non stop skill attack.

you need calvin, cianna and shayd... main and your biggest hitter.

you need your weakest in spot 6 becase they only get one hit then they're dead. then your next weakest in spot 2 they get two hits then get killed. then your next 2 strongest in spots 1 and 7. and finally your strongest in spot 8 that spot gets 3 hits before everyone is killed.
