Bug had gaurdian relic disappear

I had 2 gaurdian relics, 3 champion worked very hard to get the 2 and one somehow downgraded to a chapion relic. I play on server 71 use windows on a pc. Also there is a player stuck in the water realm arena who is actually in the forest realm and has been for weeks.
