Clone Heroes needs cleaning up

Several players apparently have two Shayd/Karthus heroes, which give them a huge advantage during Banish Events. With the new hero Aphrodite, they now have 3 mage stunners in their lineup. Below is a screenshot showing someone getting 39m coins, 15m credits from just winning Baal alone.



There are also other various clone heroes with some players like Cianna/Lilli/Leblanc, and Saffron/Gorn the maker.

In order for the Beta server to become a true test server, I believe it must mirror how a real Live server looks like, and these clone or double heroes should be gone or adjusted accordingly.

Beta server has a been the test server since before they launched the first live server. so it is THE test server it's not a new server for testing
