Man, this problem looks big! I saw the mods tell the ones who compained about alt guilds that they were only annoying the community with their issues.

What actions are taken against that? What's the use of making rules if you don't apply them?

The solution looks quite simple to me. You need a system that registers IP adresses. If the same IP logs in on the same server, you ban both accounts. This means family members can't play on the same server, which seems okay to me. There can be a 3 day ban warning for the first time + the banning of one of the two accounts if that pleases Tynon.

Now, maybe this costs money. I've read everywhere in the forums that Tynon wants money and doesn't really care about in game issues. But please, if you don't apply this rule, don't pretend the rule exists and don't list it in your rules.
whahahahah ohhh why did you have to get me started about this ^^

i send about 35 screenshots of a person using alt well actually 2

my support dont even get anwsered anymore so no tynon wont do anything against cheater only in the first servers

go look @ 108 lol there a guild with 15 people with almost the same name.. (15 alts)

alts are the way to win and that ip thing is useless you can OR hide ip or indeed more people playing on 1 ip say internetcafé or a brother sister that plays this

i think one way to catch them about alt accounts if they admit that they have alt accounts. I even have one picture here. but, dunno if they'll sanction it. thats why I never posted my proof. should I still push through reporting it?

You can not discuss violations in the forum. Any suspected violations should be submitted to Billing Support at www.tynin.com

So as far as I understand, nothing is done to prevent alt accounts. People are against using IP addresses to identify alt accounts because 4 people in the same household sit next to one another all day playing Tynon. Is that right?

I understand that I could have 5 accounts on the same server to boost myself and my friends with maps, and I wouldn't encounter any problem. Is that right?

Having more then 1 account per person per household is a violation of TOS.
If you suspect someone of violating TOS report them via billing support
Billing support is unable to share any information with you because of privacy concerns so you may never know the outcome of the investigation. the investigation can take a long time and does not always end up with definitive proof that someone is violating TOS. Without definitive proof they can not take action. What they define as definitive proof and what someone else describes as definitive proof may be totally different.
Actions have and will be taken about TOS violations
People have been banned for many reasons, and Tynon does take TOS violations seriously, even major coiners get banned.

Discussion of cheats hacks and exploits is a violation of forum policy

And now that I have posted in this thread

    Where are those mods?

Here but I'm sorry that I've got a life

Discussion of cheats and hacks isn't permitted but the OP asked what can be done about alts and whether they are allowed.

No one here was glorfying the use of alts, naming suspects or offering the wrong advice. Reporting it to Customer Support is the correct way of dealing with potential ToS violaters.

Are you saying that if I play the game my wife and children can not play too? How is that a violation of ToS?

Sure, you can go through the Tynon homepage and click Terms of Use under where you log in your details...or click this Terms of Use

It's one account per person, not household.
