What you Guys think of patch?

This patch has made the gap between the top to the average player very deep.
For months tynon preeched fairness and aided the side of the average player while penalising the top for progressing to fast, and in one swoop they have flipped that on its head.
I like the patch in whole, but to much and too quick.
Its like a whole new game dropped on us, half way through another game.

Pros...
Love the variation of hero skills, will make people use alot more thought in forms and give people alot more options.
New maps
New graphics
New Event
Sub hero will allow more of a chance in heroics/missions

Cons...
Royal arena is worse than tavern.. Least when you dont get hero in tavern u get spirits. I spent 400 stam in royal arena for 1 purple card.
Hero Inn
Pricing to transfer 6200 gems for gold.
Rep increase for the 2nd time during game... could of just added more titles.
Patch was too soon, still getting error messages

I see two hero skills which are clearly broken, and overpowered.

Queen Brynhildr: AOE stun. Every turn. Get Shayd's skill and mix it with Smoulder's. And you can use Shayd alongside too.

Saffron: Berserker Rage. It's the same skill as Pompey the Great but uses up morale. The damage dealt is insanely disproportionate to the hp lost. With a fighter rune and equipment setup, my Saffron can do 250k damage and lose 16k health (out of 90k).

so put saffron at from of banish, get her to hit first, 250k + 100% boost, chance of crit, 1m damage from 1 hit. i like it lol.

I agree.

Then when you get to recruit Pompey, put him in banish also.
Guaranteed up to 2m damage from him alone.

Then there's your main hero, shayd, aphrodite, brynholdr (all three can stun).
I have a feeling someone didn't fully test out the difficulty levels of things back in the dev room.

As far as I am concerned the biggest problem is not being able to store runes in heroes or some place else. I know that you can put them in the heroes that are in the holding pen, but that is not enough. I would even settle for a compromise of being able to store runes in the Heroes in the Inn if I can bring one in to the rune temple without having to remove one from the formation holding pen. The best solution is to put all the heroes back in the rune temple like they had in Beta.

I liked the new saffron because she gave me 1million more power! actually had a reason to keep her, now might as well put rhize in.

I'm confused as my Saffron still has Shield Wall. How are you seeing Berserker Rage on Saffron?

EDIT: I just read another thread that said the Rage may have been temporary and the Wall is back.

I agree with BooMan, the gap between top players and average players get even bigger now. I am on server 104, players that had already Adam and Blood have a huge advantage now cause the rep-gap for the remaining players to get them was now lifted nearly to infinity. Tynon should think that over!!

i totally agree. im missing runes i think they are in the hero inn. also you need to be able to dismiss hero's you never use.

This patch was changed from the one they put on BETA. Some good changes, "okay" button in banish gone, 3 more spots in heroes

Some issues/concerns: missing the invest button in assistant.
INN - why? why even have it, why can't we just use the heroes like we were?
stakes not showing you have one up when you switch in/out of arena
Sirius items in arena stakes - too soon!! Won't be at that level for a long time, they will only clutter up pack/bank when we are needing room for tokens for increasing spirits.
rep change too big. 2nd time we have had to deal with this, and can't even qualify for the heroes we have had, let alone new ones.
very laggy, locks up, fail to sync, and refreshing even more often. First hit on banish causes freeze until you refresh.
royal arena ~ why must we be forced to accept the heroes we win, whether we want them or not. Just adds clutter to heroes. Should be an option to accept or not, since you are forced to pass them in order to get to the ones
you want. Many on live are too far to need/want more blues now. Or give us an option to delete unneeded heroes.
Timing: last night Rag was at the same time as GW. That was odd. Events should not run simultaneously.
