    why does shayd get block saint? mine has 2 of them now and she cant ever block?

    Block decreases several forms of damage.

    All mages can block, it reduces the damage they take from physical attacks. Since I started using Herja as a tank I have seen her block attacks quite often. But mages don't counter attack.
