I tried to transfer twice and lost EVERYTHING and got NOTHING! A total of 9 stars and 3 attributes, and my guy got NOTHING. I wrote a ticket about it, but it's as if they were replying to a completely different ticket, since they clearly didn't read my correctly.

Andy, The "amount" of the "perfect transfer" is dependant on the characters involved, their levels (and other unknown factors) - so yes,the amount of gems will be different for each player and transfer, but my POINT was that you CAN do a transfer that does not lose anything in the process. <Let's not argue about the amount of gems and stay on point> Ty.

Fine, to stay on point, the amount of gems to do a perfect transfer is insane to the point of the feature being pointless.

I posted it in a different thread, but I transferred a 6 star Half Angel V Calvin to Lance today and must have gotten very lucky.

I got 2 Yellow 5.5k+ HP
3 +15 Yellow Hit Rating
1 Purple 4.8k HP
1 Blue 3.2k HP
1 Blue 632 Physical attack

So I lost 2 Saint levels and one star, as he ended up with 5 stars. The option was to pay 3150 gems to make it perfect, but I'd never pay that. I'm happy with this one, since the first two heroes I transferred came out horrible, with more White saints then anything else, no yellows at all. It seems as though they changed something, or I just got very lucky.

Its all luck, i've had blue white saint combos either side of decent yellow saints.

Just a matter of trying until you hit something good.

I am trying to transfer the saint levels and start from Dawnbringer to Adamamti but when I select Dawn as the source no heroes show up in the target. What am I doing wrong?

I cannot be certain, since I don't have any sanctifies on Rhize or Dawnbringer, but with the purple heroes I have noticed that the original heroes you cannot transfer sanctifies to certain of the new heroes. I went to send my sanctifies on Calvin to Queen Vampira, but she, Flavius, and Lance du Lac (and some other, those where the most notable) were not in the list of options. All those heroes cost more spirits then Calvin to buy their cards. So it might be that with Dawn you can only transfer to someone of close card purchase cost, so Rhize and Smoulder/Shayd? I know if I choose Smoulder it only gives me the option of Rhize, not even Shayd is there. If I choose Shayd (3 sanctifies) I can choose Smoulder and Rhize, neither of which have a sanctify. So it probably won't even give you the option of transferring from a lower sanctified minion to a higher sanctified. Which makes sense.

Hero A needs to have more saint levels AND star levels then Hero B

Example:
Hero A has 4 stars and 1 saint. Hero B has 2 stars and 2 saints.
Neither Hero will show up on the others list as they both win 1 stat each.
