i don't know if it's a bug or not.
when in heroic i get attacked by another player the boss fight stops and the loot is lost also the boss becomes closed for 24 hrs.
surely this should be either classed as a loss against the boss so it remains open or the loot should be delivered to my inventory.

i don't care about being hit i do get annoyed when the loot is lost. especially since they nerfed the bosses and made them harder to kill.
