for the past month i have monitored how my soldiers got spread randomly over cities from time to time. i would have battle planning open until 30 seconds before it starts and then find top players in other cities after it started than i put them into before GW started. at first i thought it happens when i put 0 soldiers into a city so i started to make sure that in certain cities is at least 1 defender/attacker but later on it turned out to have them spread randomly either way. then i thought its only players that didnt click on "join" and later on "fight" on time but that also is not the case and i still would have some sorted randomly over the cities.
i wonder if this issue hasnt been fixed yet because the GM's dont see a priority in this. however, i can assure you that there is many players who are getting more and more upset about this issue.
