No, I totally understood what you said, I said we are in agreement because what you said is completely the same as my point, except you chose to twist it in a different way, so let me rephrase:
The stamina system regulates progression. No argument there. It would regulate progression EQUALLY if you are NOT allowed to buy it. This logic that it is too expensive and inefficient is NOT the point. It is an option given to those who can. Expensive is relative and not only that, no one would describe it as "so expensive that no one would use it." Heck, there are a few on my server that started late and admitted to buying extra stamina to catch up and pass everyone on gear and xp. They didn't buy mysterious chest however, as they felt THAT was more of a rip off than stamina. (the chest IS a rip off, but we see people buying those all the time)
Simply put, if you can't buy stamina, then it regulates progression equally for coiners and non. If you allow it to be purchased, then AT BEST it is equal if all coiners NEVER EVER use it and certainly can't be "keeps the coiners from pulling EVEN further ahead of the non coiners." Stamina with the option to buy it allows coiners another means to pull ahead of non-coiners, not the other way around.
