I bought gems, and kept getting error messages to try again later. I have now got like 8 different purchases under my payment history which have come out of my acct. I do not want all these purchases, was intended to get one 18.40 purchase and the $5 purchase. On top of that i got none of the gems i was supposed to get anyway, though when I later read the forum page I saw it was when the game went live. Either way, I need all of the other purchases removed from my acct and credited back to me ASAP. Thank you very much.

Did you authorize multiple payments? Please use http://beta.tynon.com page to contact billing and get them to fix this. Haven't heard of this happening before.

Hey this is a confusing point. The items purchased in the fair are the cards for Sanctifying your heroes to power them up. We are already working on a change to improve this. Either we will make it so purchasing the card automatically gives you the hero as well, or some other fix. In the mean time please hang in there. This is on the radar and is getting changed.

Hey Dawnseeker, what is the current update to this "purchased in fair" question in regards to hero cards? Do we need to recruit them first in order to use them, and do we need the required reputation level to use them as well. Tell us more about this situation about fair purchases on the hero cards please. Thanks.

For the heroes that unlock based on rank if you have unlocked the hero you can use the card to recruit the hero. At this time, for the heroes that must be defeated in the Royal Arena you can recruit the hero with the card at any time.

Ha ha ha, It must be fixed. the new patch took my Mehvidan and gave a card to sanctify him. So how do I sanctify a toon I don't have. Thank you Tynon the gifts just plain suck.
