i am in server 106,someone won bloodstorm from guild chest,he is vip,so he have a lot cont,then with guild chest bug they can win any card that they want
they close and reopen guild chest untill they get good gold hero card,then they shuffle it,and they have more luck to win good heroes
he told me how he won bloodstorm,and for me thats mean cheating!!his acc name is "savagetusk" there,and thats not fair.
pls do smthing about that guy and that cheat.
This is not a bug. That is the way it is supposed to work. But you do not understand how chests work.
First let me define a couple of terms.
- Item Type is the category of the item. Some examples are Golf Hero card, Purple Hero Card, Leader card, level 1 chip, level 2 chip, etc.
- Item Kind is the specific kind of the item. Examples of Level 1 chips are Diamond, Obsidian, Sapphire, etc. and examples of Gold Hero are Bloodstorm, Adamatti, etc.
When you first unlock the chest the type of item that you will get is set and no mater how many times you 'X' out and open it again the type will not change. What can change is the kind of that item.
In your example the item type is a Gold Hero Card. That is what you will get when you finally open the chest. The specific Gold hero will change so you can continue to 'X' out and re-open until you get the one that you want.
The odds of getting a Gold Hero Card from a chest are very low and being VIP does not change them at all nor does it change the number of chests that you can open each day but if your Guild has the Koleton city you get an additional 3 chests. You have the same chance of getting a Gold Hero Card from a chest as any one else.

yea i know it.but changing dawnbringer to bloodstorm is not fair.u cant change what will u win,but a vip member can open lots of chest per day,so even he have just 1 luck to win a gold hero from chest,he can win blood or adam or these good new heroes for sure.and many ppl didnt know that,and thats not fair,i saw a player who won dawnbringer at chest,while i am sure he prefer adamanti or blood.so this means cheating for me.
free members have 150 cont at max per day,while vip have 300-400,so they can try thier 4 chance,while free members can open 1 chest every 2 day,cos they must claim in guild too.
Lol sounds like someone is having some fun at your expense , ya he may have got a blood storm from guild chest but he cant get a gold card every time or any card for that mater, like andy says its very low odds. and guild chest have shuffle button,so u must dont understand what will u win before shuffle
Shuffling is just for your entertainment throughout the game. You will get the item that was already selected for you no matter what card is picked.
You can choose the colour of your chips from the guild chests too, should we ban people from choosing green or black chips over others?
so why they didnt change guild chest for fair chance for all?for example if u open chest then if yellow card is choosen for u,they show u an option what would like to win from this heroes)) why shuffle?let all players choos thier card directly and dont waste thier time,they must reopen chest untill saw good yellow hero.so make an option to save thier important time!!
Because that is the way the game works. There is a lot of things in the game that you have to do that do not affect the results.
