I have also lost power the same way and it sucks after working so hard to increase it.

Thats alot of power in 3 hours.

Its possible, but extremely costly to do.

Now if you were crafting things, it will often display the wrong power after you craft. It puts your power way higher then it really is. When you refresh it shows the correct power. WHich I admit looks like you lost power. But you didnt the extra power was just a display glitch.
