I submittied a ticket but still have not heard anything back. I had won Rhize in the tavern and was aquiring the credits during the Noble Lady. But as soon as the update was re;eased it reset the Tavern on me and I couldn't finish my phurchase????? Anyone else have this happen???
Well, unfortunately since the transaction hadn't actually occurred before the tavern got changed, you are probably out of luck.
Well you would think at least someone would respond? Still nothing, you would think there is a file they can check on everyones account.
Read the response from the ticket in your email. It can take up to 5 business days to even get a response, period.
