--If the enemy has no block, your break is useless.
--If the enemy has block, and you have no break, your spell damage is reduced.
--If the enemy has block, and you do have break, your spell damage will increase (in essence; it is not increasing the damage, but DECREASING the enemy's mitigation through block, therefore giving you a higher damage range).
It seems people will have to trust one of us or either test it for themselves. However, I have tested it for myself as you suggested, and found your claim false.

Here is my methodology, if you wish to scrutinize it or if people want to see if I did the test correctly:

- I used medhivan and my main
- My friend used medhivan and her main
- My Medhivan was facing her main at the beginning of the battle.
- For the first series of attacks, my friend had block on her main. The damage ranged from 10K to 11K for about 20 attacks.
- For the second series of attacks, my friend removed block on her main. The damage ranged from 10K to 11K for about 20 attacks.
