As for CRIT it also does not work and the power increase is nonsense.
Take prophet for example, adding ruby increases your power, but does nothing for that hero. Combine the chips for your other staff using mages who does damage. Thus a well configured player may show lower power when in fact they have more power to do damage and defend.
