so i staked 100 gems in arena and no-one stole it, i checked back and the timer had 2 minutes, still 100 gems... then 2 minutes later when i came to collect they had suddenly changed into XP and the timer was about to expire.....
please can someone look into this as im not a very happy bunny :|
First question. When you say you had 100 gem stake in arena, was it in the active slot or was it in the left hand most slot of the 3 inactives?
It does sound like you are saying they were in the active slot, where other players can take half the gems by beating you and claiming your stakes, but I want to be sure.
Because if they where in the left hand slot of the 3 inactive stake slots what may have happened was this. You may have had 2 minutes left until you could put them up as the active stakes. But the refresh timer had less then 2 minutes left. When that timer ran out it clears out any stakes in the inactive que an replaces them with 3 new inactive stakes.
What I am unsure of is if this also happens for the ACTIVE stake. If the refresh timer runs out while an active stake is there and flashing, but if you don't autocollect (VIP 3 reward) then the stake gets overwritten if no one else has claimed it.
Do you happen to remember if you had three new stakes in the inactive stakes cue? Because if you did then I am guessing that is what happened. The refresh timer went off and wiped out all your stakes and replaced them. That really sucks, and if this is what happened the situation is hopeless. If you had screenshots and that wasn't the situation, that maybe they did get bugged and vanish then you can send the screenshots in with a customer service request and they may restore your gems. If you are very lucky.
There is something wrong with arena loot atm , i have to refresh each time to even look at the stake at times ,that has already been selected, it just doesnt show up untill you refresh,but if you run your curser over the blank spot it says stake already selected . I dont know if this is related to the OPs problem.

they were my active stakes, had two inactive and the refresh timer had about 40 mins anyway...
@smokingfox i think i will have to screen shot everything i do as there is no way they will give me the 100 gems back...
I had 100 gems active and when the timer refreshed had another 100 coming with a full 60 minutes left. 5 minutes later the 2nd batch of eggs cooking had turned into a chest.
