I have a scroll bar for the actual game now too, very very annoying.
I think its arena related, when I attack someone in arena its shows items downloading...weird...
I think i'll venture a speculation to the new loading bar to a new database being set up for Championship, as it's got to mix servers. May well be wrong but thats my 2 cents.
I think it helps in debugging the game when the client fails or stucks up at loading.

Scrollbar seems to be on some, not all browsers, depending on size of screen, settings, etc. But it is annoying as it cuts into the picture.
the new patch was os they could monitor and track your online activity and sell the information to advertisers to help pay the devs. Thats all relax
