Guardian sword plans bug

Ive taken the top 10 spot 3 times in the baal campains and each time i won the guardian swords plans. ALL 3 time the plans never showed up in my stash. how do i get them?

Afaik only the first 3 players get a plan, although all in the top 10 see the plan in the Rewards message.
(So not sure if it's just the Rewards message that needs to be fixed, or that they really intend all in the top 10 to win a plan.)
