I wouldn't go by the replays. In most post-patch replays, the lower-power kills are achieved using Khan, which most people don't have yet. However, I did manage to achieve my first kill within 5 attempts under 30M power using:

Sub: Ahmose

This is not going to work if you are leveling up all your weapons/armor equally.

I had Level 30+ armor on Ahmose, using Burliness to boost his phys defense at around 21k.

You want your highest weapons and spirits on Adam, then Queen P. My weapons/spirits were 60+/50+ on Adam and 50+/40+ on Queen P, all LBs. I only had 2 LB sets at the time of this fight.

The keys are: your main must survive long enough until the boss kills him. Otherwise, your Ahmose is toast before rampart goes up. Second, your Adam needs to do enough damage to wipe out mobs in about 4 rounds. Your Ahmose can survive at max 3 rounds. Not only do you need high damage on your Adam, you need to have high crit. Not getting enough crits was the primary reason I failed on previous attempts. Also helps if Adam has enough dodge/hp/block to survive and deal damage on additional round after Ahmose is down. Third, your Ahmose needs to survive around 3 rounds. This means he needs high dodge, block, resilience, and physical defense. You will need some dodges and blocks, just defense is not enough. Lastly, your Queen P needs to be able to have more HP than the boss can damage her, and she also needs to deal more damage than she takes. Also, she needs enough resilience to be uncrittable. At least Dex 8.
