    Trying to be helpful.

These are my thoughts, I am usually wrong, (ask the wife she will tell you) so probably am again.

This game lacks 2 things that made Evony so attractive. Excitement and a social community. In the early day of Evony, you went to bed and wondered what would be left in the morning. there was a general sense of the unknown. also in combat you were pitted against others and could affect the outcome while the battle was being fought. People didn't like the unknown (they said) so evony 2 and bots were introduced. the excitement of battles and fear of what may happen while off line disappeared and the game died slowly, People didn't need to be on line to 'play' and so the social side stopped. it basically became my computer played your computer (and mine usually lost .

Tynon has the same basic problems i feel. There is no 'danger' or 'fear' as there is no real pvp action. Resources are so limited that stamina soon runs out, - even quicker now with the new patch - and the game is all about can the guy behind catch the one in front. As costs go up, but resources gained stay constant, the answer is 'no' unless you spend a lot of money or use the cheats now coming on line. Whats the point of playing a game if the winner is the person who cheats most - I don't know and fail to saw the point in cheating. I guess I am just getting old and remembering back to the 'good old days' of early Evony. They will probably never come back as so many people are happy to spoil other peoples fun in proving how 'cleaver' they are.

Excuse the ramblings of an old man.

I don't disagree with the lack of excitement, and a need for more actual fighting in this game. But i hear the word "cheating" all the time. Just HOW do people cheat? Certainly spending money for gems in NOT cheating. So where or how do they "cheat"?? I guess i'm missing something.

Some ideas were proposed, by both Tynon Devs and players as to how to infuse the game with more fun, excitement, better GW... but all seem to get shut down with: whaaaaa that won't let ME win, not fair! whaa whaa. So we have what we have. We do need server merges, we do need better GW challenges. And less whining. IMHO. )

To be honest I can't understand why people get so obsessed by GWs. If your're looking for a game that specialises in team warfare then Tynon isn't for you. This is a game that's 'time locked', you can't pick when GWs starts and therefore you can't pick the best time for all your fighters to be there. With Evony you could get a gang of you together and plan an all out blitz when it suited. It's for these reasons why most players consider GWs a daily event rather than an important part of the game. And making it more 'exciting' is a darn sight more hassle than it's worth. I can't speak for everyone but I'd rather a game that's enjoyed at all levels with many interesting events, than one that's being pulled in one direction, requiring masses of planning and stress for the sake of 50mins a day.

With this new patch, Tynon has gotten considerably harder and now requires more of the brain matter. As for guild bonding, I think I've achieved that fairly well with my guild Clarity on s4. I have a great team that enjoys socialising and it's rare for the blue type to remain silent for too long. Encourage the social side and you will always have a strong team.

Morgan you have hit the nail on the head. this is NOT a game for those wanting excitement. It is a profession from point A to point B in an orderly fashion, much like snakes and ladders without the excitement of the snakes, and little chance of catching the guy in front. The Tynon 'dice' is regularly adjusted to reduce the chance of a high number to prolong the game in the hope that the true diehards will keep spending. Mischief, i fully agree that spending money is NOT cheating, but an integral part of the game. people need to learn that nothing in the world is free and those that pay are also paying their share. to answer your question try typing 'Tynon cheats' in your browser search. to pretend there are none is like pretending there is a tooth fairy who puts silver under your pillow when a tooth falls out.

Ok just for kicks i did type tynon cheats into google, Guess what they are all bogus on the 1st 2 pages of results. Most are for the previous incarnation of tynon and some of the links are just nothing and some are for reviews..

Im not stupid, I know there are a few glitches and couple things you can do that are a gray area, but compared to other uCool games, the cheating in this game is next to nothing

I think the intention of GW was right in the first place. It is a game of strategy and i think should be a very fun part of the day, albeit an hour event. (Recently cut to 30 mins) It is not that i suggest a full-out wargame, or i'd have stayed on Evony. But the B-->A is hardly "fun" or worth showing up for were it not for the rewards. No strategy there, no planning, certainly no stress. I guess my thing is this: when Tynon put this together, i don't think they anticipated how fast there would be no competiton for GW.
