This is a very big bug.
I'm seeing new players get END GAME heroes from guild chests and/or Fair.
It's ruining our server already. Pompey players hogging all the world bosses (over 50%), etc.
The solution is VERY simple. Give players the opportunity to buy the card(s), but have to defeat the hero to USE them. And as for those who've exploited the bug? Give them 2x or 3x cards of the hero (as compensation), and/or their gems back from fair, and take away their hero.
Needs to be delt with by making the heroes inactive untill they actually beat it without that hero in formation.
