Morgan there are going to be times when people went their frustration as long as they do not cross the line. Remember people who are still playing and care about the game will post in the forums. The ones who do not care will just walk away and play another game and you do not want to push most to do that would you?
And this is where we learn that mods are serfs who are just players. Stop assuming every post where someone 'vents' their frustration is deleted. Most of the posts deleted are usually baseless moans and have no real substance, genuine ones remain (as long as the content remains in the rules). Reporting problems to Customer Support is usually the best course of action in getting any issues solved.
The forum is a place to share tips and gameplay with other players and although there is a bug report section here its better to inform support before posting it here. Extra easy now there is a direct link in game now.

And now back to modding. This thread is going off topic. I've answered some of the questions and this is about voting for Tynon not 'Question Time for Mods'.
