Boarding a boat in the Caribean

A lot of people complain that their map is stolen in the Caribbean before they can sail. If you follow this procedure you minimize that happening.

    1. Never board a boat until ready to sail.
    2. Use the Guild chat to find a partner to sail with.
    3. Agree on a boat to use.
    4. Agree on who boards first. It should be the stronger player so that if attacked while sailing he/she gets to fight first. That has the best chance to defeat the attacker.
    5. Go to the Caribbean screen (if not already there) and place your mouse cursor over the circle that corresponds to your map half (left or right side of the boat) that you have.
    6. The player that boards last says 'Ready' on the Guild chat.
    7. The other player boards and as soon as the boat turns green the player that boards last clicks to board.

This minimizes the amount of time that the player that boards first is vulnerable to have the map stolen. When attacked before sailing only the player on board at that time defends. When attacked after sailing both players defend.

If you attack a player that has not sailed and successfully steal the map click on the green circle as soon as you can so you unboard the boat. This way no one can steal the map from you.

DO NOT click on the chat while on the Caribbean. The chat window is transparent there and you are clicking on the boat that is under it and therefor you may board it or attack the player that has already boarded. If you do and board the boat (the boat turns green and your name and guild name appears above the boat) intermediately click again to unboard. If you attacked the player that already on board then there is nothing that you can do but watch the fight and hope that you win.

Fix your "theirs" with "there's" and your guide will definitely be taken more seriously.

I would Change the part where u tell the strongest person to board first to the most common map. Some days one side is dominant and people are desperate for the other side and won't sink the common side. Long as the second boarder is fast there is no problem.
    Just my opinion

The one that boards first, is his part of the map that can be robbed. If most people has a L map, better the one with the L map board first. Chances to get attacked are a lot lower.

And if you see powerfull players waiting in their ship till someone joins them, atleast you can't get attacked by them.

    Runes

Runes are probably one of the best ways to gain power in Tynon.
Their are 5 rune keepers. The first 3 one give green, blue,or untouchable.
Their are different colors and higher the color the better the effect their will be.
    1.Green
    2.Blue
    3.Purple
    4.Yellow/Gold

Their are also Runes i call the Untouchables which you mostly get from low level Rune-keepers that you can't use only sell.
You can level up Runes by combing them together. You cant combine higher level rune with a low level one. Exp. you cant combine a Purple with a Yellow and let the Purple get the exp
Their are different runes that you can get from the keeper i don't have a list right now but, maybe in the future.
If anyone is looking for expanded article about runes:

Just like Runes their are different colors for Heroes aswell.
    1.White
    2.Blue
    3.Purple
    4.Gold

The higher the color the more the power and the better the special attacks. For example Lilli can stun and Calvin can lower Morale. (Nice effects)
My Advice? Good luck and make sure you have enough credits to recruit them as well......(cries)
Idk if its me, but i cant see "white" since whole forum is white. Change it to something else?

All you basically do is hit player then revenge them for extra coins/credits.
Check Andy's profile, he explained "revenge bug"

So you were exploiting this? Lol
No sure if anyone sees this but I had a question about runes and to what heroes should they be attached to? Some heroes use runes better than other heroes. If there is a thread or guide, I would very much appreciate it. TIA

Good observation; in fact, by this standard all games are rigged. If the key to happiness and enjoyment of a game is obtained by overcoming known obstacles to achieve a known goal, then it stands to reason a good game is something between giving it away, and can't get it. The more we understand "how" the game is rigged, the better we know what obstacles and what the goals are in the game; subsequently, the more we know what obstacles belong to what goal. Knowing this, we can then achieve the goal we desire and the game is enjoyable. So, like life, every game is "rigged" to provide the statistical opportunities which support both the players and the developers. This game is heavily rigged to encourage, but not require, the purchase of gems. The need for gems exists solely to benefit those who are impatient, don't want to learn the obstacles and goals, and seek only to obtain as much power as possible in the game -- and the developers. Clearly "power" is a primary factor in this game; but, understanding the dynamics of that power resides in understanding completely the goals to obtaining the "hidden" power in manipulating the aspects of the game which increase power, but not visibly so.

It's clear that the developers have included these "hidden" aspects of the game; and, they've hidden them withing the aspects of chance. By this I mean, chance has a dwindling power over those who come to know the intricate inner workings of the game that provide that apparent "hidden" power one observes when failing to beat someone with substantially lower power than you. Chance can still favor the power; but, this is a dwindling component to those who don't observe the "hidden" nature of power. As we learn the whims of the Gods, in this case the developers, chance once again reigns supreme and the game is in balance. As far as the game being "rigged" in the final and implied meaning in the word, that would require a treatise on computers, and the "inherent" errors that exist in creating a "true" random number. But, even then supposing that "truely" random numbers are being generated, just as in life, "Luck" is not always a lady, and sometimes she can throw temper tantrums for a lifetime just as the opposite of that is also true. Thus, this game as in life can appear to some to be truly "rigged"; and for you, that just may be true. But, to examine that we'd need to examine higher states of consciousness and dive into the realm of the supernatural, which by its nature is unable to be proved, or disproved, by scientific means. However, even Scientists will agree that your perceptions, and your attitude have everything to do with how you perceive and rig the game of life... or Tynon.

While this is true to a large extent; what I think you mean is "Do not click on the 'Chat Output', like a player's name, to whisper or look at a player's profile. It is perfectly OK, to click on the Chat Input Box to type a response. However, if the temptation to whisper is driving you crazy you'll have to either leave the screen and do it; or click private and type their name followed by what you want to say to them, or you might accidentally select someone on a boat beneath the window, if they're there. Most aren't because you may have to minimize the whole Chat Window just to see where to click to get on that boat.
