I don't think the Tavern is rigged.
Everybody just makes the assumption that because one can choose between 5 Cards one has 1/5 probability of getting each Card.
This assumption is wrong. Tynon says that in the Tavern one has a lower probability of getting the better cards.
Yes, maybe the visual effect of choosing 1 card blindly from among 5 gives the impression that one has 1/5 Chance on that special Card but that is just an impression.
I have no info if the probability of getting a very good Card is calculated correctly. But hey; maybe they made a mistake in our favour.

If you mean is there a way to 'win', there is not one. It is a PvP game. Having said that, the object is to be as strong as you can so you can beat other players. You move by

• Clicking somewhere to move there.
• Holding the right mouse button down and your toon follows the mouse. After you have held it down for a few seconds you can let go and it will continue to follow until you click again.

After going through 20 mil credits and not flipping a single hero card one comes to the assumption that the tavern is rigged. I myself I think tavern is preset at the time of refresh/shuffle if you get it or not, like guild chests, heaven flips, lab flips and fails and saintings of heroes. is all preset not much chance to it unless the program coding says its your lucky day.

Actually after re-reading your guide I would remove the part in red or at least modify it a little. When you play the Tavern just like Runes you are playing a game of chance. There is NO guarantee you will get something good. The beauty of this game is whether or not you pay you are still subjected to the game of chance so someone who buys into the game for gems can have a really bad setup and luck and someone who does not buy into the game can have a way better hero setup and attack power.

After testing this for 3 weeks, I have seen a 95 to 97% FAILURE rate in getting a card you actually need. Remember, you still have to spend resources to claim the card, and I for one do not waste resources on low end toons.

my cer/baal formation works great for me here is my formation till the finale blow (left to right) 1=calvin 2=main 3=shayd 4=rhize 6=smoulder with shayd in the front row gives me a chance of stunning n gives me more hits in. now for the finale blow formation is 1=rhize 2=main 3=calvin with a lvl 8 morale rune 4=shayd 6=smoulder with this formation n the lvl 8 morale rune lets me stay in battle longer on the finale blow so it gives me a better chance of getting the finale blow rewards hope this helps any newbs
