Major bug

SO this morning I had 3 open talent cues. Clicked illuminated mind 3 times real fast liek I normally do. And notice my cues were still open. SO I figured this was a display bug. I refreshed the game. my talent cues were still open and it deducted 190 gems from me. SO it was like as I upgraded the talents it auto cleared the cues with gems. I dont have that feature as I am only VIP4

I have sent in a ticket. BUT BE WARNED there may be an issue with TALENT cues

What part of I am VIP4 wasnt clear. I dont have that option as a VIP4

What he is talking about has nothing to do with VIP status and has everything to do with those little boxes that normally pop up when you go to do an action and it is going to cost you gems. If you clicked the "Don't show this again" at some point, the game will NEVER show you that warning for that transaction.

However, it sounds like you still ran into a major bug. When you say your talent que was clear I assume you mean that the timer had run down. You would have to have had a very large amount of time on the cooldown to have cost 63gems, or so, per click since you said you did it only 3 times. I checked all my talents and the warning box appears, but none of my talents are on READY so I cannot test that part of the bug. Going to assume you reported this to customer service.

Yes i reported it to CS.

And Andy is actually on the right track.
I had 3 talent cues ready so i could for free upgrade 3 talents without spending gems to clear the cool downs. ANd they should have been ready this morning like they were. ANd I clicked illuminated mind 3 times to upgrade it and fill teh cues up till wednesday or thursday. at over 84 hours each level.
however it did not add the time to the coold downs instead it cleared the cool down instantly with gems. Which is a feature for VIP5 or VIP6s and above. I am a VIP4 and do not have this check box in my talent screen. SO therefore it was a MAJOR ISSUE

I posted it to warn others
if you click and dont see the time in your cool down dont keep going, its spending your gems. Report it to CS immediately

What Andy was talking about was the VIP feature, actually. The words "Research and Clear Cooldown" do not appear on the popup window that asks if you'd like to spend however many gems to clear the cooldown for that specific Talent. But anyway...

Matt, the same thing happened to me also, but only with two talent que's, and only once, yesterday. I didn't even notice it at first, just saw gems were missing. I then narrowed it down to that. And no, I have never checked either boxes, ever. Anyhow, good luck man.
