    heavens palace early levels over powered?

    I have 1.4K power and a couple of the bosses in stone palace already have 2.8K power hat seems a little high for so early a level.

    It is based on the power of the players that are put into the palace, not the power of the player attempting it.

    In the old servers the top two players in the arena in each realm are the statues. I am not sure how it works in the new servers.

    Top 3 players in arena for each realm, plus the highest power player in the 4th spot across any of the three realms.
