Upgrading Guild Tech Skills to Level 2.

6- Summary:
Trying to upgrade Guild Techs to Level 2 but it just take the Contribution and when im refreshing i gt the Contribution back but the Guild Skill isnt raising.

7- Upload a file:
not neccessary since i wrote the whole Problem.
