On another note, this is my response on getting those 50 gems back that I used to open slots THE DAY BEFORE THIS PATCH WAS RELEASED.

We will not return any gems caused by this change. You've gained advantage with the gems you've purchased and every purchase has ripple effects on all players on the server.

How does the Gems I have purchased have anything to do with this at all? This is a useless generic response that makes no sense at all. I did NOT get to use those slots because 4 hours after I purchased them, they released this patch. I'm really getting tired of being slapped around by customer service. Ty Tynon.
