Ya but if the other player is online line they can take it back no matter how much power the other players has...if I understand the the change correctly, oh ok then the attacker get 50% and gets to keep it? No matter if the other players gets his stakes back....kinda weird, ya ok now i see the abuse possibly. So i guess they will change this so the attackers cant keep the 50%.maybe lol

Not necessarily the potential is only for 150% of the stakes, 50% to the attacker and 100% to the defender, the only abuse could be in the form of chest farming (double mats) or cards (2 cards) and since mats are worth 1 stamina each the only issue for me is cards but I have literally only seen 5 leader cards in arena around me and chased 3 in other realms. 150% coins and credits is minimal even at the top (roughly 600k coins split 200/400 between the two)
So its a win , win for the attacker and the defender is the defender is online to take the stakes back....does Tynon even test these changes before they go live lol.

Personally i'm ok with win-win situations. Especially this one and the increase to stakes as it might encourage more communication in guild/realm and activity through the day.
It looks good to me, just want to be re imbursed for the gems I invested in opening the arena reward slots.

I want my gems back for slots.
I want to know where these GREATLY INCREASED arena rank rewards are. I see 1-4 maybe through 10 get double the rep they used to, BUT THAT"S IT. Lower ranks get nothing more. And rep becomes useless after a while. This is a joke. They need to rethink how they word stuff. I don't like this patch at all. The instantly collect half the stakes. SO a vip0 gets to auto collect the stake they take yet a vip 2 still has to be online to collect it? Talk about catering to the F2P and part timers. This patch was not very well thought through at all. The arena worked fine as it was, sure i would liek GREATLY INCREASED arena rank rewards, but thats not what they gave us. This is a joke pure and simple. Is it Chinese April Fools day or something?
Yes, gems back for purchased slots since they were bought with players real money. And with the potential for abuse, duplication of stakes, gems and leader cards, we'll either get this reversed or get in trouble for exploiting their new improvement. I smell something fishy here ...... ^^;
theres really no room for exploit. once someone takes stakes noone else can only original holder can reclaim. SO basically 10 gem stakes becomes 15 10 for holder 5 for one person. Leader card stakes get doubled now- 2 people will get them.
This is just stupid. completely stupid.
